إلى أصحاب معاملات الوكالات العقارية والعامة تحية طيبة و بعد، يرجى إتباع الاجراءات التالية لتنظيم الوكالات
1- لا تصدق وكالات بها حق بيع عقار لحملة الهويه أو الجواز الفلسطيني و عليهم العودة إلى فلسطين لإتمام إجراءات البيع 2- يمكن تصديق الوكالة لحملة الجنسيات الاجنبية بعد إثبات الملكية -3 يجب الحضور شخصيا إلى مكب البعثه بواشنطن للتوقيع و إتمام المعامله العقاريه وثائق إثبات الملكية (نقبل أياً من) 1- سند طابو 2- وثيقة حصر إرث 3- سند تسجيل عقار من دائرة الاراضي
وثائق إثبات ملكية يجب أن تكون إما : 1- صورة مقروءة واضحة عن الوثيقة 2- صادره من الهيئه الحكوميه المختصه بتاريخ لا يتعدى عن شهر 3- يجب أن تثبت هذه الوثائق الأيلوله القانونيه (أي كيف آلت الأرض للموكل) يجب تعديل الوكالات العامة والخاصة بإضافة جملة "يستثنى من احكام هذه الوكالة بيع و التنازل عن الاموال غير المنقولة" و تقبلوا فائق التحية ، الشؤون القنصلية بعثة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية (واشنطن) |
NOTICE Changes for Real Estate, Land and General Power of Attorney The PLO Mission will no longer certify powers of attorney granting the right to sell land to holders
of Palestinian IDs and passports
Non Palestinian passport holders may still issue such powers of attorney only after verifying their ownership of the land mentioned in the POA All clients must be present at the Missions offices in Washington to sign POA and complete the process
Acceptable documents verifying ownership :(any of the following) Land deed Inheritance statement Land registration from the Palestinian land department Acceptable document conditions- Clear legible copies of original documents Documents must be issued by relevant government agency no later than ONE month prior to applying for certification Documents must prove how client has come to own the said property All other general and special powers of attorney must include a clause stating “ this document does not grant my attorney in fact the right to sell or otherwise dispose of land or real estate” ,Thank you for your cooperation ,Sincerely Consular Affairs PLO Mission to the USA |
